Add, Edit and Delete a Board
Boards are an excellent resource to allow you to share content that allows others in the room with you or in the audience to interact. Boards let each person interact directly with the content rather than looking at a shared screen. It is a great way to get everyone involved.
Here are scenarios we will cover:
- Creating a board in a room
- Edit a board (applies to a room and stage)
- Delete a board (applies to a room and stage)
Prerequisites:
- You will need certain permissions to manage boards in your venue. If you are unable to see the menu options or the board options on stage please contact your Digital HQ administrator to request permission.
- There are certain applications that need to be published to the web or shared before you can use them as a board. The Google suite is an example of this but is not the only one. Here is a list of the applications that fall under that umbrella.
Create a board in a room
- Join the room where you want to add a board
- Click on the room menu (3 vertical dots) which can be found on the map in the room you are in or on the video panel in the top right*

- Enter the name you want for your board
- Enter the URL for the board - please include the full path (Here is our tool to help with some of the most common boards)
- Click Save
