Greeters
To add a real human touch to your event, consider having a greeter or two in your lobby to meet, greet and direct people where to go next. This is especially important if you're expecting attendees who are using LexGo for the first time.
That said, it's OK if you decide not to use a greeter. In that case, we recommend putting in a sign in the lobby (via a board) that provides instructions of what people should do when they arrive.
Best Practices
- In our experience, the most important thing first-time users need to know is how to show and hide the map, and move to a different room. The map button is a folded map icon on the far left of the control tray.
- To avoid clogging the lobby with people, greeters should encourage attendees to move elsewhere.
